Abstract

This is a link to an interview Michelle La did with Simon Fraser University’s student-led newspaper The Peak. Michelle was interviewed by Youeal Abera on her anthropology graduate research that is focused on the practices of sneaker reselling in Metro Vancouver. The article contains sections of her interview that pertain to how Michelle’s research has been received by academics and sneaker enthusiasts, how she has navigated her research site, and some of her reflections on sneaker consumption and research.
