Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Where applicable, you have linked your citations (like a blog post) instead of using parenthetical notation (like an academic paper)
-
If your submission lives elsewhere on the Web, you have included a short summary and a link in the Abstract
Author Guidelines
MKP publishes contributions to public knowledge in the form of stand-alone original work as well as engagement with the work of others. We ask that, where possible, authors use language accessible to those outside of their field. Works cited must either be properly referenced, or at least hyperlinked, in genre-appropriate forms (e.g., in a recognized citation style for academic articles, hyperlinks for digital comments, and a list of references mentioned for podcasts). If your submission exceeds the word count, submit a query letter to the editors if you want to request an exception.
